Shipping Policy
Where we ship. We ship to Canada, the United States, and 26 more countries across Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Available countries appear at checkout.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates.
- Canada: Standard shipping $12 CAD, Express $20 CAD. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders, shown automatically at checkout.
- United States: Standard shipping from $7.90 CAD, Express $34.90 CAD. Free standard shipping available on qualifying orders.
- All other countries: rates are calculated by Canada Post at checkout based on your address and order weight.
Delivery estimates. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown with your tracking information once your order ships.
Digital products. Delivered to your email instantly after purchase. Nothing to ship, nothing to wait for.
Order tracking. Every physical order includes a tracking number sent by email.
Lost or delayed packages. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email ginajames.wellness@gmail.com and we will track it down or make it right.
